Kremówka Łosicka 33% UHT (Whipping Blend) is a product made from milk, cream with added vegetable fat. It is a milk and vegetable mix for whipping. An ideal alternative to traditional high-fat cream, it is used primarily in the food industry, i.e. in confectionery for whipping, for cakes, desserts, in the ice cream industry and HoReCa. It is characterized by a high increase in volume during whipping, stability of the mass (foam) and keeps its characteristic for a long time for this type of products after preparation. The product is subjected to the UHT sterilization process, and then aseptically packed.
